Nantucket Food Group is on a mission to change the business of food on Nantucket… and beyond.  So, what does that really mean?

Simply put, we want to help culinary entrepreneurs innovate the way they produce, market and sell their products and services so they are more profitable.

Less capital up front and smaller footprints. More strategic and financial planning to minimize risk. The right infrastructure to efficiently manage the business so they can focus on the food. Smart use of technology to predict demand and reduce waste.

The result?  More economic growth in the food and hospitality sector, and a stronger and more sustainable local food ecosystem.
